(3) The specification of the air supply duct is generally designed by the assumed flow rate method, the main air duct is maintained at 8-10 m/s, the air duct is 6-8 m/s, and the end air duct is maintained at 4-6 m/s;
(4) The designed air duct generally requires economical and low wind resistance and noise, so that the air supply volume of the environmental protection, energy saving and environmental protection air conditioner is as large as possible, and the bending radius of the air duct is generally not less than twice the diameter of the air duct. To reduce the resistance of the pipe ventilation;
(5) The length of the air supply duct should be designed according to the different characteristics of different types of environmental protection air conditioners;
(6) The designed piping should be straightened as far as possible to avoid unnecessary turning and branching pipes to reduce the local resistance of the pipeline;
(7) Considering the layout and economic point of view, the duct can be used without the duct, and the duct design should be as short as possible;
(8) The long pipe is designed according to the air volume to be a plurality of ducts of different specifications. The connecting pipe is connected by a variable diameter pipe. The setting of the reducing pipe should not be too much. Generally, the whole pipe does not exceed four. The length of the variable pipe is ">2 (Dd) )"to make sure;
(9) The connection between the air supply duct and the air outlet of the environmental protection air conditioner should be sealed; if the outdoor pipeline is too long, the insulation should be designed, and the indoor pipeline generally does not need to be insulated;
(10) If there is a branch pipe in the design, a valve or a baffle baffle shall be installed on the branch pipe to adjust the air volume so that the air volume of the branch pipe reaches the design value.
