Two, refrigeration system water treatment method reference
After adding a small amount of fluorine to the leakage part of the condenser, use nitrogen to suppress 10Kg, and use soapy water and clean water to check the possible leakage. If it is the leakage part of the evaporator, observe whether there is oil trace in the frozen water, and if there is leakage, there is no leakage. If the added refrigerant contains water, release an appropriate amount of the refrigerant in the bottle into a clean and dry glass container. After the refrigerant has evaporated, observe whether water exists in the container. If so, it indicates that the refrigerant in the bottle has a high water content, and investigate the source.

4, boot operation: confirm that the water in the system is basically eliminated, and then restore the refrigeration system, load the clean oil filter, high pressure drying filter element, add the frozen oil, according to the normal assembly of the unit.
