Magnetic levitation central air conditioning refers to a central air conditioning system that adopts magnetic levitation inverter technology. It integrates numerous leading technologies such as magnetic levitation oil-free operation technology, full DC inverter technology, high-efficiency heat exchange tube design, secondary enhanced subcooling technology of refrigerant, centralized control technology, and aerospace technology. The application of these technologies has made magnetic levitation central air conditioners one of the most energy-efficient products in the current central air conditioning industry.
The magnetic levitation compressor, as the core component of the magnetic levitation central air conditioning system, is composed of four major parts: compression, drive, frequency conversion and control. Among them, the magnetic levitation centrifugal compressor is the key technology. The technical basis of magnetic levitation compressors is magnetic levitation bearing technology. It utilizes the principle of combining permanent magnets and electromagnetic fields to keep the rotating shaft in a nearly perfect six-sided suspended state. This design not only eliminates mechanical friction but also significantly enhances the various performances of the compressor.
Rotational speed increase: Without the constraints of mechanical friction, the rotational speed of magnetic levitation compressors can theoretically be infinitely increased (under the condition that the impeller strength is sufficient). In practical applications, magnetic levitation compressors have achieved extremely high rotational speeds, significantly reducing the size of the impeller and thereby lowering the overall volume and weight of the compressor.
Stepless frequency conversion: Magnetic levitation compressors do not need to consider the issue of lubricating oil return, as after the dedicated oil supply pump is eliminated, the lubrication of oil-lubricated machinery entirely relies on the negative pressure generated during operation. This enables the rotational speed of the magnetic levitation compressor to be infinitely small (approaching 0), thereby fully exerting the similarity law in centrifugal machinery and achieving stepless frequency conversion.
