In the environmental control of a dust-free workshop, the refrigeration system of the dust-free workshop plays a crucial role, and its core operation relies on the exquisite principle of compression refrigeration. Subsequently, the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant is conveyed to the condenser. The condenser is the place where the refrigerant releases heat. Here, the refrigerant undergoes close heat exchange with the external cooling medium (commonly cooling water or air). Through heat exchange, the refrigerant continuously releases a large amount of heat it carries, gradually cools down, and eventually condenses into a high-pressure liquid refrigerant.

Next, the high-pressure liquid refrigerant has to pass through an important component - a throttling device, such as an expansion valve. Under the action of the throttling device, the flow of the refrigerant is restricted, and its pressure and temperature will drop sharply, transforming from a high-pressure liquid to a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant, preparing for the subsequent heat absorption process.

Finally, the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator. The evaporator is located inside the dust-free workshop. At this time, the refrigerant will absorb the heat in the workshop and then vaporize into a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant. It is precisely through this process of heat absorption and vaporization that the heat in the dust-free workshop is carried away, thereby achieving the effect of cooling and refrigeration.

Afterwards, these low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerants will be re-sucked into the compressor to start a new cycle. This cycle repeats continuously, constantly transferring the heat inside the dust-free workshop to the outside, ensuring that the workshop always maintains a stable low-temperature environment and meets the strict requirements of dust-free production.
