Air introduction and filtration
The system introduces outdoor air into the room through fans and removes suspended particles, dust and flying flowers from the air through multi-stage filtration devices. The filtration efficiency directly affects the air cleanliness in the workshop. Usually, a combination of primary filters (with an efficiency of 20%-30%) and medium-efficiency filters (with an efficiency of 60%-70%) is adopted.
Air treatment process
After the introduced air enters the processing unit, it undergoes heating, cooling, humidification or dehumidification treatment as needed:
Refrigeration process: The refrigerant is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas in the compressor, cooled and liquefied by the condenser, and then depresses through the expansion valve before entering the evaporator to absorb heat and vaporize, thereby lowering the air temperature.
Humidification process: Use high-pressure spray devices (water-air ratio 0.4-0.5) or steam humidification and other methods to increase air humidity.
Dehumidification process: By lowering the air temperature below the dew point to cause moisture to condense, or by using professional techniques such as rotor dehumidification.
Air distribution and circulation
The processed air is evenly distributed to all areas of the workshop through the air supply system. Common air supply methods include:
Top supply and bottom return type: Traditional method, the supply air outlet is located at the top and the return air outlet is set at the bottom.
Underfloor air supply system: Air is sent out from the bottom through trenches or underground pipes. By taking advantage of the principle that hot air naturally rises, it can save energy by 20% to 50%.
Exhaust air and pressure balance
The exhaust system expels the stale air in the workshop while maintaining a slight positive pressure (5-10Pa) in the workshop to prevent the infiltration of external polluted air. The dual-fan system (supply fan + return fan) can precisely control the pressure balance.
