Maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of central air conditioning chiller units
Maintenance of the fluorine system
As a pipeline for the storage and circulation of refrigerants, the key to maintaining the fluorine system lies in identifying potential leakage points within the system to prevent insufficient cooling capacity or even unstable operation of the unit due to refrigerant leakage. Key points for inspection: All interfaces of the fluorine system, including pipe-to-pipe interfaces, pipe-to-compressor or container interfaces, container-to-valve interfaces, valve body sealing, and potentially loose welding areas.
When inspecting, soapy water can be used to check each of the above-mentioned interfaces one by one. For customers with the necessary conditions, a halogen leak detector should be used for further verification. According to the requirements, the single-point leakage should be less than 7g/year. Once a leakage point is found, it should be dealt with immediately and whether to replenish the refrigerant should be considered.
2. Oil circuit maintenance
The oil circuit system is the lubrication system of the unit. If we compare a chiller to a vehicle, the compressor is the most crucial engine. To ensure the efficient and stable operation of this "engine", it is necessary to guarantee the normal functioning of the lubrication system.
The maintenance of the oil circuit of the unit mainly consists of two parts: oil filter replacement and oil quality inspection. Before starting the machine, replacing the oil filter can ensure the cleanliness of the oil circuit system and thereby guarantee the lubrication effect. Oil quality inspection mainly involves observing whether the lubricating oil has turned black or changed color. Additionally, it is recommended to test the oil composition every two years to ensure that harmful ions are within the standard range.
The treatment of the oil cooling water circuit mainly involves checking whether the filter of the oil cooling plate is clogged before replacement and promptly cleaning the internal dirt to ensure there is sufficient water flow to cool the lubricating oil.
