Antifreeze of main engine and water pump
For air-conditioning units with antifreeze function. It must be ensured that the unit and the water pump are in the normal power-on state, and the unit and the external water pump must be in a linked state to maintain uninterrupted operation of the circulating water pump so that the unit can effectively prevent winter freezing.
For air-conditioning units without anti-freeze function. When the winter temperature in the main engine room is lower than 2 ℃, anti-freezing measures should be taken for the main engine, water pump and cooling system.
Antifreeze of water pump. Close the inlet and outlet valves of the chilled water pump, open the drain valve and vent valve of the water pump, and discharge the purified water. Open the low point valve of the cooling water system to drain the cooling water; and open the water pump drain valve. After the system water is drained, in order to prevent rainwater from entering the cooling tower, close the cooling tower outlet valve and open the cooling tower drain pan Valve to drain rainwater in time from the drain valve.
