Water Flushing: The purpose of water rinsing is to flush out dust, sand, shed algae, and corrosive materials in the system with large flow of water as much as possible, and check for leaks in the system. The flow rate of the flushing water is preferably greater than 0.15 m/s, and the flushing water in the system is drained after the flushing is passed.
Bactericidal and algae cleaning: The purpose of sterilization and algae cleaning is to kill the microorganisms in the system and to peel off the biological slime attached to the surface of the device. After draining the flushing water, the system is added with a bactericidal algaecide for cleaning, and the cleaning is stopped when the turbidity of the system tends to be balanced.
Cleaning solution descaling cleaning: The purpose of cleaning liquid cleaning is to use the cleaning agent to dissolve the scale and oxide in the system and dissolve it in water. The cleaning agent is added to the central air conditioning system to be circulated and cleaned by a circulating pump, and discharged at the highest point and at the lowest point to avoid air blockage and clogging, which affects the cleaning effect. During cleaning, the concentration of the cleaning solution, the concentration of metal ions (Fe2+, Fe3+, Cu2+), the temperature, the pH value, etc. should be detected periodically, and the cleaning is finished when the metal ion concentration tends to be gentle.
Rinsing after washing: This water washing is to rinse off the cleaning liquid and the impurities that are left in the cleaning. The flushing is to disconnect the leading water to wash away the impurities and residual liquid deposited in the short tube. Flushing is to continuously test the pH value, turbidity, and end the flushing when the pH value and turbidity tend to be gentle.
Pre-film: The purpose of the pre-film is to form a complete anti-corrosion protective film on the metal surface in the activated state after cleaning or the metal surface on which the protective film is damaged.
Cleaning after cooling tower cleaning
(1) Cooler, evaporator cleaning. After the cleaning, the main unit's cooler and evaporator opener should be flushed by the special pipe opener. Since the water circulation system of the cooler is exposed to the atmosphere and the heat exchange temperature is high, the scale of the cooler will be better than that. Other places are serious. If necessary, the external open-end circulation system of the cooler should be cleaned and descaled to ensure that each copper pipe in the cooler is unblocked. Rinse the evaporator with high-pressure water, thoroughly wash away the impurities precipitated in the evaporator, and if necessary, clean the external circulation system of the evaporator.
(2) Cooling tower cleaning. Since the cooling tower is exposed to the atmosphere, a large amount of sediment, algae, etc. will adhere to the surface of the cooling tower packing during operation. If it is not cleaned, it will be flushed into the cooler in the future operation to cause heat exchange copper in the cooler. The blockage of the tube affects the heat exchange effect, so the cooling tower must be thoroughly cleaned.
